Team notes on inbox conversations
Staff can now leave free-text internal notes on any inbox conversation, with the author's name shown for full accountability. Notes are visible to everyone at the clinic, making it easier to coordinate without losing context.
Smarter call routing, now live for all clinics
Intent-based routing is fully rolled out across all clinics. We also reorganized the routing settings: handoff hours now have their own dedicated schedule, and "Handoff & escalation" has been renamed to "Transfers & escalations" for clarity.
Simpler new patient intake
Insurance collection has been removed as a built-in step in the new patient scheduling flow, reducing friction for patients. Your insurance settings still apply globally when needed.
Clinic hours are always accurate
The AI now answers hours questions exclusively from the Hours settings you've configured, eliminating cases where a conflicting knowledge base entry caused patients to receive the wrong information.
SMS consent uses your clinic name
When the AI asks patients for SMS consent during a call, it now correctly identifies itself using your clinic's name rather than a generic placeholder.
More reliable scheduling and patient verification
Improved date, time, and date-of-birth handling means the AI makes fewer errors when scheduling appointments or verifying patient identity during calls.
Bug fix: password reset
Fixed two issues: reset links now correctly prompt users to create a new password (rather than silently logging them in), and reset emails are now reliably delivered.
Ongoing performance & reliability improvements
This week we made several behind-the-scenes improvements across SMS infrastructure, call handling, and compliance.
