We are so grateful to have found Freed. I work at a fortune 5 company and support my wife, a primary care provider, as a practice manager in all my "free time". This product is a GAMECHANGER for me as a clinician! I am a pediatric nurse practitioner at an extremely busy outpatient specialty clinic. I'm a provider in a busy and rural family practice, so admin is always gargantuan. After my first day with the trial for Freed, I literally cried with how much time it saved me without compromising quality or thoroughness in my notes. And I can actually afford it, which has not been the case for other scribing services. Freed also enhances accessibility: as someone who has cerebral palsy and can't actually type while in a visit, and so has to take written notes, then dictate, then edit, and THEN add billing and close the note, this is a life saver. I spend no time documenting stuff outside of the visit, except edits and billing (to be expected). I can also easily access it in my exam rooms and get the AVS copied into the EMR and printed for folks before they leave, which has cut down on additional tasks regarding details about the plan that they've forgotten.
